About the Role
We’re seeking an Assistant Coach to support our athletic program at the Quad Cities Campus in Moline, IL. You’ll work closely with the Head Coach and Athletic Director to help recruit student-athletes, guide team development, and ensure practices and games run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Step in to fulfill head coaching duties when the Head Coach is absent.
- Support recruiting efforts by researching and identifying prospective student-athletes.
- Assist the Head Coach with instruction on team policies, procedures, and training rules.
- Help oversee compliance with program policies, procedures, and applicable training expectations.
Requirements
- Coaching experience and the ability to support athletes in a team environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to work effectively with student-athletes and coaching staff.
- Commitment to following program rules, policies, and compliance expectations.
