About the Role
Temple University’s Fox School of Business is seeking an accomplished financial services executive to lead the Fischer-Shain Center for Financial Services as Executive Director. This is a part-time leadership role designed for an established banking or financial services professional who wants to help develop the next generation of industry leaders by strengthening ties between academia and real-world practice.
Responsibilities
- Expand and deepen industry partnerships to support the Center’s mission
- Leverage your professional network to connect financial services organizations with the university community
- Engage industry stakeholders to strengthen programming, collaboration, and learning opportunities
- Provide strategic leadership for the Center’s initiatives and long-term impact
Requirements
- Significant experience in banking or financial services leadership
- Strong relationships and credibility within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and collaborate across sectors
- Commitment to developing future talent through education and professional engagement
