About the Role
Babilou Family US is seeking an Assistant Director to support our early childhood programs in Winchester, Massachusetts. In this supervisory position, you’ll partner with the Certified Teacher and School Director to help create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day classroom operations and help maintain smooth routines
- Assist with child supervision to ensure safety and positive behavior
- Help implement curriculum activities and support developmentally appropriate learning
- Collaborate with teaching staff to support children’s social-emotional growth
- Contribute to a supportive, family-centered school culture
Requirements
- Experience working in early childhood education or child care settings
- Ability to supervise and support staff and classroom practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety, nurturing care, and child development
