About the Role
GCE Academy is hiring enthusiastic English Language Teachers to join our rapidly growing online language program. If you enjoy helping students build confidence and real fluency, you’ll feel at home in our supportive, student-focused teaching community.
Responsibilities
- Teach English across grammar, spoken English, writing, and reading comprehension for learners at different levels
- Create lesson plans and deliver engaging, student-friendly learning activities
- Assess progress and provide clear feedback to support improvement
- Support learners in building speaking confidence and stronger academic performance
- Maintain a positive, productive classroom experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any field; Education/English preferred but not required)
- Teaching experience (online or in-person) is a plus, especially with children/teens or adults
- Strong communication skills, patience, creativity, and high energy
- Genuine commitment to helping students achieve fluency and confidence
