About the Role
Northmarq is seeking an Associate Broker to join our Investment Sales team in our Atlanta, GA office. This is a great opportunity for a driven professional who wants to support and grow commercial real estate investment sales initiatives while learning from experienced capital markets experts.
Responsibilities
- Assist with investment sales activities, including coordination of deal workflows and client support
- Help manage relationships across buyers, sellers, lenders, and internal stakeholders
- Support research and analysis to inform market positioning and transaction strategy
- Contribute to preparation of marketing materials, listings, and deal documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deals move forward efficiently and accurately
Requirements
- Associate Broker or active real estate licensure (or ability to obtain required licensing)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in commercial real estate investment sales and capital markets
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Motivation to learn, grow, and take ownership of assigned tasks
