About the Role
Northmarq is seeking an Associate Broker to join our Investment Sales team in our Charleston, SC office. In this role, you’ll help support commercial real estate investment sales activities while building your skills through best-in-class training and a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with investment sales processes for commercial real estate opportunities
- Support deal coordination, documentation, and information flow across internal teams
- Help prepare materials used to market properties and communicate with stakeholders
- Collaborate with brokers and specialists across debt, equity, and related capital markets services
Requirements
- Motivated, client-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Interest in commercial real estate investment sales and capital markets
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow through on tasks
- Licensed real estate professional (Associate Broker level) or meet state requirements to obtain/maintain licensure
