Northmarq is seeking an Associate Broker to join our Commercial Investment Sales team in our Tulsa office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to support a growing investment sales group while building long-term skills in commercial real estate capital markets.
Responsibilities
- Assist the investment sales team with opportunities across commercial real estate transactions
- Support deal execution by coordinating information, materials, and next steps
- Help prepare and organize marketing and client-facing documentation
- Collaborate with internal partners across debt, equity, and related capital markets services
- Maintain organized records and support reporting for active opportunities
Requirements
- Associate Broker or active real estate license aligned with brokerage activities
- Strong communication skills with a client-service mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and contribute in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
- Interest in commercial real estate investment sales and capital markets
- Professional judgment, organization, and attention to detail
