About the Role
Join Google’s Real Estate Design and Delivery (Americas) team as a Project Executive, where you’ll help shape and deliver the physical spaces that support our fast-growing workforce. You’ll operate as a strategic driver for real estate projects from concept through completion, balancing business needs with long-term sustainability and responsible resource use.
Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery for office space initiatives from inception to completion
- Manage lease administration and real estate transaction workflows
- Oversee design and construction supervision to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Coordinate spatial planning to meet workforce growth needs
- Partner across teams to deliver projects that align with Google standards and timelines
Requirements
- Experience supporting real estate projects, including leasing, transactions, and/or project delivery
- Strong ability to manage complex stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of design and construction oversight practices
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills in fast-moving environments
