About the Role
Join Code and Theory, a Stagwell company, within our Operations Strategy & Business Intelligence team. This group powers the agency’s core systems and data workflows—spanning project management, financials, CRM, and HR infrastructure—then connects them through business intelligence to help leadership make forward-looking decisions.
In this role, you’ll help operationalize Progressive Delivery across the agency, embed internal AI accelerators into how work is scoped and delivered, and build automation that reduces manual handoffs across finance, resourcing, and contracts.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery of complex operational challenges and translate them into actionable solution designs.
- Gather and synthesize requirements from stakeholders across Finance, Delivery, Resourcing, HR, and Technology.
- Plan and execute improvements to systems, data workflows, and BI reporting.
- Build and deploy automation that streamlines processes and improves operational consistency.
- Support Progressive Delivery initiatives by improving how projects are planned, tracked, and delivered.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure solutions align to business goals and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing operational or analytics solutions in a data-driven environment.
- Strong ability to work through ambiguous problems and produce clear plans from stakeholder input.
- Proficiency with business intelligence concepts and the ability to turn data into leadership-ready insights.
- Hands-on mindset for building solutions—using automation and workflow improvements.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
