About the Role
Carvana is looking for an Associate Engineer to support our ServiceNow platform and help deliver reliable, scalable workflows. You’ll join a team that values continuous improvement, quick learning, and practical problem solving as we modernize how work gets done across the business.
Responsibilities
- Assist with ServiceNow configuration, workflow development, and platform support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into solutions
- Troubleshoot issues, document findings, and support ongoing system improvements
- Help maintain integrations and ensure data flows correctly across related tools
- Contribute to testing, release readiness, and post-deployment validation
Requirements
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow (or a strong background in workflow automation platforms)
- Basic scripting and/or development experience (JavaScript preferred)
- Understanding of ITSM concepts and ticketing/workflow processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners
