About the Role
We’re seeking an Associate Project Manager to support capital and compliance-driven initiatives within the Power and Controls group. This contract role runs from Jul 27, 2026 through Dec 20, 2026 and is fully onsite in Omaha, Nebraska.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with company procedures and approved scope.
- Develop project scopes and coordinate across engineering, operations, procurement, environmental, ROW, and construction stakeholders.
- Support cost estimating and budgeting, including tracking project financials as assigned.
- Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and support outage planning activities.
- Coordinate contractor activities and help oversee execution through ready-for-service.
- Maintain project documentation, provide clear status updates, and identify, track, and communicate risks.
- Support bid and award activities as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience supporting project management activities in capital projects or regulated environments (Power/Controls preferred).
- Strong coordination skills across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to support schedule development and progress tracking.
- Comfort working with documentation, status reporting, and risk communication.
Benefits
- Onsite contract opportunity with W2 pay at $54.20/hr.
