About the Role
Join our team as an Associate Research Scientist supporting cell and gene therapy manufacturing. You will plan, execute, and analyze experiments while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to help advance our pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Design and carry out experiments related to cell and gene therapy manufacturing
- Analyze experimental results and document findings clearly
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support pipeline progress
- Contribute to continuous improvement of experimental processes and workflows
Requirements
- Background in cell and gene therapy research or related manufacturing science
- Strong experimental planning and execution skills
- Experience interpreting data and communicating results
Benefits
- Salary range: $95,000–$105,000
- Bonus plan eligibility (target 6% of base salary, if applicable)
