About the Role
Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support meaningful outcomes for individuals and families. In this role, you’ll help design and guide behavior programs while mentoring RBTs/BTs and partnering with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide caregiver coaching and ongoing family support
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs/BTs
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans
- Collect, analyze, and report data to measure progress
- Collaborate with clinicians and other team members to coordinate care
Requirements
- Active BCaBA certification (BACB and any required state credentials)
- Bachelor’s degree
