About the Role
NICO National Indemnity Company is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Specialist to design, build, and implement automated testing that reduces risk and accelerates time to value for our software products. You’ll also help lead technical testing discussions and promote a strong quality mindset across the team.
Responsibilities
- Direct and participate in designing, creating, testing, and implementing automated test suites
- Lead technical guidance on test coverage, testing practices, and product interaction scenarios
- Support testing for complex work orders and validation of new feature functionality
- Champion quality and continuous improvement in testing processes
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining automated testing for software applications
- Strong understanding of test coverage and quality-focused testing practices
- Ability to evaluate complex product interactions and translate them into effective test cases
- Comfort collaborating with teams and serving as a technical lead for QA/testing topics
