About the Role
Old Second is looking for an AVP or VP Commercial Banking professional to grow and retain profitable relationships across our Community Banking to Middle Market segment. You’ll partner with client teams to deliver value-added financial solutions to companies with annual revenues of $10M+.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain profitable commercial banking relationships
- Grow the Middle Market client base by identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Provide tailored financial solutions to clients and prospects
- Strengthen retention through ongoing relationship management and service
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and achieve growth goals
Requirements
- Commercial banking experience with a focus on middle market or similar segments
- Ability to evaluate client financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Strong relationship-building and consultative communication skills
- Track record of growing and retaining business banking relationships
- Experience working with companies with annual revenues of $10M+
