Bilingual Human Resource Generalist (Spanish/English) - Full-Time (Dallas, TX)

About the Role

Kelso Industries is seeking a Bilingual Human Resource Generalist to support the HR needs of Mullins Mechanical in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you’ll help maintain effective day-to-day HR operations while partnering with leaders and employees in a safety-first, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting and onboarding activities, including coordinating interviews and new-hire paperwork
• Assist with employee relations and HR case management, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up
• Help administer HR programs and policies while maintaining compliance with applicable requirements
• Provide bilingual support (Spanish/English) to ensure clear communication across teams
• Maintain HR records and support reporting as needed

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual communication required)
• Experience in a human resources generalist role or closely related HR support position
• Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals such as onboarding, employee relations, and basic compliance practices
• Excellent organization, confidentiality, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting operational teams
