Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, with 500+ stores nationwide. We’re looking for a Bilingual Sales Advocate to help customers find the right wireless solutions while building a career path with real growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store by understanding needs and recommending the best products and plans
- Use provided training and tools to drive sales and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Explain features, pricing, and service options clearly in both English and Spanish
- Support store goals through consistent, proactive sales efforts
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Motivation to learn, improve, and grow through a commission-based role
