Task Buddie is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This remote role focuses on finding and engaging potential clients, generating new sales opportunities, and supporting a healthy pipeline through consistent, high-quality outreach.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients who are a fit for Task Buddie’s services
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to spark interest
- Engage prospects, qualify leads, and route qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Schedule discovery calls or introductory meetings for sales representatives
- Keep CRM records accurate, complete, and up to date
- Monitor outreach activity and performance to support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation and outbound outreach
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and social channels
- Comfort using a CRM to manage contacts, leads, and activity
- Ability to qualify prospects and follow a structured outreach process
