Digital Science is advancing the research ecosystem through trusted, open, and collaborative technology. We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to support our Sales Operations team and help enable smooth customer pre-sales and contracting processes across key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to Sales, Finance, Legal, and the GFN segment team throughout the customer journey.
- Assist with pre-sales coordination, including preparing materials and tracking deal progress.
- Support contracting workflows by helping ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely handoffs.
- Help maintain organized operational processes and documentation to support repeatable execution.
- Contribute to cross-functional communication so sales and segment teams can move efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience supporting sales operations, revenue operations, or related commercial operations work.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with contracting and documentation processes.
- Ability to coordinate across teams (Sales, Finance, Legal) and maintain clear follow-through.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deal-related tasks at once.
