About the Role
Toast is seeking a bilingual Strategic Cuisines Account Executive who can support Thai cuisine restaurants across the Los Angeles area. This is a field-based role from a personal home office, and you must live locally in your territory or be willing to relocate.
In this consultative sales position, you’ll help grow Toast’s presence by delivering a language-inclusive experience that connects restaurant needs with Toast’s end-to-end platform.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities and new customer wins
- Prospect and generate new pipeline through referrals and relationship building
- Conduct product demos and sales conversations via calls to match solutions to restaurant goals
- Build trusted relationships with restaurateurs by listening, advising, and following through
- Identify customer needs and recommend how Toast helps restaurants operate, increase sales, engage customers, and improve team satisfaction
- Drive contract closings and manage the sales process end to end
Requirements
- Fluency in Thai and English (bilingual communication required)
- Experience in consultative, relationship-driven sales (restaurant or local business experience a plus)
- Ability to work from a home office while covering a local Los Angeles territory
- Comfort presenting, demoing, and closing deals through calls and in-person conversations as needed
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Must live in Los Angeles or be willing to relocate to the territory
