About the Role
AtriCure is seeking a Cardiac Sales Manager to drive growth and expand adoption of our innovative cardiac technologies for the treatment of atrial fibrillation (Afib) and related conditions. This role partners closely with cardiology and electrophysiology stakeholders to support clinical use, education, and long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned territory by identifying opportunities and executing strategic account plans
- Build relationships with electrophysiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and other clinical decision-makers
- Coordinate sales activities to support adoption of AtriCure platforms and therapies
- Provide product education and support to customers, in collaboration with clinical and marketing teams
- Track performance metrics, forecast demand, and report progress to leadership
- Ensure accurate documentation of activities and outcomes within company systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales, preferably in cardiology or related specialties
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence clinical and operational stakeholders
- Comfort presenting and discussing clinical and product information
- Strong planning, territory management, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
