About the Role
We’re hiring an entry-level Bingo Floor Clerk to support guests during live bingo sessions. You’ll be the friendly, guest-facing team member helping customers purchase bingo games and specials, verify winning cards, and keep transactions accurate and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with bingo purchases, specials, and related items
- Verify serial/control numbers and process cash sales
- Provide prompt, accurate change and receipt handling
- Check and confirm winning cards when needed
- Itemize and total orders accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver courteous service that enhances the overall guest experience
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail for verifying numbers and transactions
- Ability to perform basic cash-handling duties reliably
- Comfort working on the floor during live, fast-moving events
