Join our team as a Work-From-Home Customer Service Product Support Representative. You’ll help customers with product questions and issues while working remotely from Chelsea, Massachusetts. This role offers a competitive pay range of $25–$45 per hour and includes training and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat with accurate, timely responses
- Troubleshoot technical issues and walk users through step-by-step solutions
- Document customer interactions, findings, and resolutions in our CRM
- Escalate complex problems to internal teams and help drive resolution
- Share customer feedback to improve product features and overall experience
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to problem-solve and handle troubleshooting logically
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic support workflows
- Customer support or product assistance experience is helpful, but not required
