Join Momentum Volkswagen as a Service BDC Associate in Fixed Ops. You’ll help turn customer internet inquiries into scheduled service appointments by delivering a fast, courteous, and accurate experience. This role is highly accountable and relies on strong lead management, CRM use, and consistent follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Respond to service-related internet inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and courtesy
- Enter and maintain customer inquiry details in the CRM promptly and correctly
- Use lead management tools to manage inquiry flow and track customer interest
- Update customer records and ensure information is current and complete
- Learn dealership products and services, including financing and incentive programs
- Build familiarity with vehicle inventory to support customer questions and appointment setting
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Comfort working with CRM software and online lead management tools
- Ability to respond quickly while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
