About the Role
MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Houston-area team. You’ll provide individualized, one-on-one support that helps children communicate, connect, and grow—working closely with families to build therapy plans designed for meaningful progress.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality client supervision and hands-on behavior intervention
- Deliver mentorship and clinical guidance to Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support client outcomes
- Help shape and grow the therapy program alongside other disciplines
Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience providing behavioral assessments and treatment planning
- Strong communication skills and a family-centered approach
