About the Role
Join our team as a Senior Product Manager for Patient Experience, where you’ll help deliver AI-enabled care navigation that improves how patients understand symptoms, explore options, and get directed to the right level of care. You’ll work closely with engineering, ML, clinical, design, and partner-facing stakeholders to ship real-world solutions into major health systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end roadmap and patient journey for PatientGPT, our AI-powered care navigation and triage experience across web and mobile
- Define the behavior of AI-guided conversations, including what the product asks, how it explains recommendations, and how it handles escalation
- Ensure the patient journey supports first-time unauthenticated visits through triage, routing, and follow-up
- Partner cross-functionally to translate clinical and operational constraints into product requirements and measurable outcomes
Requirements
- Proven product management experience building customer-facing digital products, ideally in healthcare or patient-facing workflows
- Experience working with AI/ML-enabled features and collaborating with technical teams to deliver production-grade products
- Strong ability to define product strategy, requirements, and success metrics across the full user journey
- Excellent communication skills and comfort aligning stakeholders across clinical, design, engineering, and partners
