About the Role
Oribe Hair Care, a prestige brand under Kao, is seeking a Brand Executive to grow business and strengthen brand loyalty in a defined territory. You’ll represent the brand in the field by expanding distribution and supporting existing accounts to increase recognition and sales.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and identify growth opportunities within your geographic territory
- Manage and grow existing accounts using brand-building strategies
- Increase brand visibility through effective in-store and education-focused activities
- Build strong relationships with salon partners and key decision-makers
- Track performance, report results, and refine plans to meet sales goals
Requirements
- Experience in field sales or a customer-facing sales role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across a territory
- Comfort partnering with salon professionals and supporting brand education
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
