- Support planning and delivery of loyalty, payments, and commerce initiatives
- Assist in defining success metrics and tracking performance against business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine workflows, data flows, and system requirements
- Document findings and communicate recommendations in a way stakeholders can act on
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a technology or financial services environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive clarity
- Comfort partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Experience gathering requirements, writing business documentation, and validating outcomes
- Interest in FinTech, loyalty programs, and digital commerce
