About the Role
Join Cohere Health’s Data Platform team as a Business Analyst II. You’ll help build a scalable data ecosystem that supports analytics, reporting, and day-to-day business decisions. Working closely with clients, stakeholders, product managers, and engineers, you’ll turn business needs into high-quality data solutions that improve healthcare outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and understand business goals
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and well-defined requirements
- Lead moderately complex initiatives independently and drive clarity across technical delivery
- Partner with Product and Engineering to support planning, prioritization, and delivery of data-related work
- Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and quality
Requirements
- Experience working as a business analyst, ideally supporting data, analytics, or reporting initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
