About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to help our teams understand business performance, uncover improvement opportunities, and support smarter strategic decisions. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to analyze data, refine processes, and deliver clear reporting that drives action.
Responsibilities
- Review business processes and pinpoint opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Collect, organize, and interpret data to inform day-to-day and strategic decisions
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and business documentation
- Partner with departments to understand needs, requirements, and priorities
- Assist with developing operational strategies and practical solutions
- Track project progress and provide timely status updates
- Analyze trends to surface risks, opportunities, and actionable insights
- Support process optimization and workflow enhancements
Requirements
- Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a closely related analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings
- Proficiency with reporting and dashboard tools (experience with common BI tools preferred)
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
