About the Role

Fin is seeking a Business Development Representative to help drive growth for our emerging AI products. You’ll engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and support the expansion of AI-powered customer support solutions that deliver fast, always-on experiences across the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and reach out to potential customers in collaboration with the sales team
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs related to AI customer service, sales, and ecommerce
  • Present product value and coordinate next steps through the sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on activity and outcomes
  • Partner with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve lead conversion

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, lead qualification, or inside sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with decision-makers
  • Ability to learn technical product concepts and explain them clearly
  • Proficiency using CRM tools and sales productivity platforms
  • Self-motivated with a consistent approach to pipeline building
