About the Role
Fin is seeking a Business Development Representative to help drive growth for our emerging AI products. You’ll engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and support the expansion of AI-powered customer support solutions that deliver fast, always-on experiences across the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and reach out to potential customers in collaboration with the sales team
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs related to AI customer service, sales, and ecommerce
- Present product value and coordinate next steps through the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on activity and outcomes
- Partner with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve lead conversion
Requirements
- Experience in business development, lead qualification, or inside sales (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with decision-makers
- Ability to learn technical product concepts and explain them clearly
- Proficiency using CRM tools and sales productivity platforms
- Self-motivated with a consistent approach to pipeline building
