About the Role
BRINC is building next-generation public safety technology, including drone-enabled 911 response networks that help first responders see what’s happening in real time and de-escalate more effectively. We’re seeking an Area Sales Manager (DFR) to drive growth across the East Coast region.
Responsibilities
- Own the sales process for DFR offerings within your assigned territory, from prospecting through close
- Build and maintain relationships with public safety stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities, qualify leads, and develop account plans to meet revenue goals
- Partner with internal teams to support pilots, deployments, and customer success after the sale
- Track pipeline health, forecast accurately, and report progress against targets
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally selling to public sector, emergency services, or related technology buyers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence outcomes
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and managing multiple opportunities at once
- Ability to travel within the East Coast territory as needed
- Results-driven mindset with a strong grasp of pipeline management and forecasting
