About the Role

We’re seeking a Sales Manager to lead and support an established network of independent sales representatives across the United States and Canada. In this role, you’ll build on existing relationships while uncovering new opportunities to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support independent sales representatives nationwide
  • Grow sales by leveraging relationships with rep firms, commercial furniture dealers, architects, designers, and specification firms
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Participate in commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Leadership to deliver strong customer solutions
  • Provide product presentations and training for independent representatives and partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting revenue goals
  • Ability to manage and develop relationships with independent sales representatives
  • Strong skills in pipeline management and sales forecasting
  • Experience conducting market/competitive analysis
  • Comfort with commercial negotiations and contract discussions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
