We’re seeking a Business Operations Lead to help drive operational progress and ensure our programs run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Use data-driven logic to guide decisions and continuously improve how work gets done
- Identify operational gaps, prioritize opportunities, and drive progress toward measurable outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support day-to-day execution and scalability
- Support process improvements that enhance member experience and operational performance
- Contribute to planning and execution of operational initiatives across the organization
Requirements
- Proven experience in business operations, operations leadership, or a closely related role
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to apply logic and data to decision-making
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments where progress and iteration matter
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
