Business Process Analyst (Systems Engineering) | Full-Time | Hybrid

In this Business Process Analyst role within Systems Engineering, you’ll help improve how teams operate by analyzing workflows, identifying friction points, and partnering with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes that support reliable data delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business and engineering workflows to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
• Document processes and translate findings into clear recommendations for operational and systems enhancements
• Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to define requirements and acceptance criteria for process changes
• Support process standardization by creating and maintaining lightweight documentation and operating guidelines
• Track and communicate progress using metrics and feedback loops to ensure improvements deliver measurable impact

Requirements

• Experience as a business process analyst, operations analyst, or in a similar role supporting technical teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to map workflows and translate observations into actionable improvements
• Comfort working with technical stakeholders and understanding system/process dependencies
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize based on business impact
