We’re seeking a Lead, Engineering Fleet Operations to help drive the day-to-day engineering operations that keep our fleet initiatives moving efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Oversee fleet operations supporting engineering programs, including planning, coordination, and execution of test and validation activities.
- Partner with engineering, program management, and cross-functional teams to ensure vehicles, tooling, and schedules align with project needs.
- Track operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements to increase reliability and throughput.
- Coordinate maintenance, readiness, and issue resolution to minimize downtime across fleet assets.
- Support documentation and reporting for fleet status, outcomes, and operational learnings.
Requirements
- Experience leading or supporting engineering operations, fleet/test operations, or similar technical logistics functions.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across teams.
- Proven ability to manage priorities, schedules, and operational details in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort working with technical stakeholders and translating operational needs into actionable plans.
- Willingness to support hands-on readiness activities as needed to ensure fleet performance.
