Join our team as a Cage Cashier I, supporting smooth cash operations by redeeming and selling table game chips and handling customer transactions with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Process cash transactions including chip redemptions and sales, as well as ticket in/ticket out redemptions
- Assist guests with questions while maintaining courteous, family-style service
- Accurately count, record, and manage assigned funds throughout each shift
- Maintain a balanced and secure cash drawer, ensuring all casino funds are properly secured when not in use
- Verify and document identification information for check and cash advance transactions
- Follow all standard operating procedures, gaming regulations, and federal requirements, including Title 31 compliance
- Support company core values, mission and vision, and uphold DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) expectations
