About the Role
MKS2 Technologies, LLC is seeking an On-Site IT Customer Service Engineer to support mission-critical technology services at the Fargo VA Medical Center. This ESOM program role is funded through 09/2029 and is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technology issues while delivering excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support and customer service for end users at the assigned facility
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues and coordinate resolution
- Respond to service requests and help desk tickets in a timely, professional manner
- Document issues, actions taken, and outcomes to support continuity of service
- Maintain a customer-focused approach while supporting operational and security requirements
Requirements
- Experience providing IT customer service or end-user support in a professional environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across common IT systems and tools
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with facility stakeholders
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Benefits
- Annual pay of $59,000
- $1,000 bonus after 1 year of employment
