About the Role
As a Lead Event Specialist, you’ll help drive in-store product demonstrations for food and non-food events. You’ll represent the products confidently, support a great customer experience, and ensure event execution runs smoothly from setup to wrap-up.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies, keeping items clean and secured in the agreed backroom area
- When the Supervisor is unavailable, coordinate with store management on upcoming events and review results from prior events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all in-store events during your shift
- Support other Event Specialists by helping with event kits, materials, and tools as needed
- Provide leadership and share product and event knowledge with the team to support consistent performance
Requirements
- Comfort interacting with customers and demonstrating products in a professional, engaging manner
- Ability to organize event materials and keep equipment in good condition
- Strong communication skills, especially when coordinating with store leadership
- Reliable, team-oriented mindset and consistent professional appearance
