About the Role
Sand Technologies is seeking a Change Manager for a 10-month contract to help drive successful adoption of initiatives across client and internal teams. You’ll support stakeholders through structured change activities, ensuring new processes and solutions are understood, accepted, and effectively implemented.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute change management activities for assigned programs
- Develop stakeholder engagement materials and communication plans
- Support adoption through training, enablement, and readiness assessments
- Partner with project teams to identify risks, resistance points, and mitigation actions
- Track progress and report on change adoption metrics and outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience in change management (programs, transformation, or large rollouts)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience creating change plans, training or enablement content, and engagement materials
- Ability to work across teams and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders and adapting messaging as needs evolve
