About the Role
Lakeside Health and Wellness is building a new in-house rehabilitation team and is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support patients in a post-acute care setting. In this PRN role, you’ll help deliver high-quality therapy services that positively impact patients, families, and the broader care team.
Responsibilities
- Assist occupational therapists with patient treatment plans and therapy interventions
- Support delivery of advanced rehabilitation care within an in-house program
- Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapy team members to coordinate care
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered support to promote functional outcomes
Requirements
- Current certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
- Active state licensure/credentials as required for practice in Texas
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a healthcare environment
