About the Role
Mass General Brigham is seeking a Program Manager to support and manage key components of the Emergency Preparedness and Continuity program. This role helps ensure the organization is ready to plan, train, and respond effectively during emergencies, while coordinating complex efforts across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage emergency preparedness and continuity planning, training, and response readiness activities.
- Lead and coordinate complex projects across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Help maintain emergency response capability through participation in the department on-call emergency response program.
- Contribute to incident management readiness and ongoing program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience managing programs and/or complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate training, planning, and readiness activities.
- Ability to participate in an on-call emergency response program as needed.
