About the Role
Sprenger Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN work at our in-house therapy team at Autumn Aegis in Lorain. If you’ve previously worked in a SNF setting under a contract model, this role is designed to put your focus back on patient-centered care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on therapy support under the direction of the occupational therapist
- Support resident goals with meaningful, clinician-led care
- Help create and maintain a positive, patient-focused therapy experience
- Work as part of a team that prioritizes residents over outside contract pressures
Requirements
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and professional teamwork
