About the Role
Quantum Space is building the next era of mobility and autonomy beyond Earth orbit. As we grow, we’re seeking a Chief People Officer to lead the people function for our fast-scaling space technology organization. You’ll set HR strategy and drive execution across talent, culture, organization design, and employee experience—so we can attract, retain, and develop world-class teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end HR strategies aligned to the business plan
- Lead talent management, culture building, and organizational design and development
- Drive change management initiatives to support growth and transformation
- Oversee compensation strategy, benefits direction, and related programs
- Ensure HR compliance and strengthen policies, processes, and governance
- Improve employee engagement through programs that support retention and performance
- Provide strategic leadership with hands-on involvement across key people initiatives
Requirements
- Proven executive HR leadership experience building and scaling people functions
- Strong background in talent management, culture, and organizational development
- Demonstrated expertise in compensation planning and HR compliance
- Experience leading change management and improving employee engagement
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical, day-to-day execution
