About the Role
OP Labs is looking for a Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across both technical and non-technical roles. You’ll work independently on high-impact recruiting needs while partnering closely with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Go-To-Market, and Operations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product, GTM, and ops).
- Comfort working independently while driving important work to completion.
- Experience recruiting for technical and/or non-technical roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and candidate experience skills.
