About the Role
Allen Control Systems (ACS) is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to shape how people experience ACS—from their first onsite interview through onboarding and early success in the role. You’ll help ensure our hiring and onboarding processes feel clear, welcoming, and consistently well-run.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution of the employee experience journey, including onsite interview flow and post-interview follow-through
- Partner with the People Operations team to support smooth onboarding and early employee engagement
- Coordinate with Talent and hiring stakeholders to ensure candidates and new hires receive timely, accurate information
- Identify friction points in the experience and recommend practical improvements to workflows and documentation
- Help maintain a positive, operations-driven culture that reflects ACS’s engineering-first values
Requirements
- Experience in HR operations, talent operations, onboarding, or employee experience programs
- Strong coordination skills and attention to detail in fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across teams
- Comfort managing processes end-to-end, from scheduling through onboarding handoffs
- Ability to work onsite and support in-person interview and onboarding activities
