About the Role
We’re hiring a Claims and Change Specialist to support major heavy-civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, transit systems, international airports, and water/wastewater projects. You’ll help drive claims analysis, contract administration, and change management for complex construction delivery—supporting both traditional and alternative project approaches.
This is a long-term, full-time role based on-site in New York, NY.
Responsibilities
- Review contractor notices, change requests, contract modifications, and supporting documentation
- Assist with claims analysis and related contract research activities
- Support change control processes, including tracking and documentation of commercial impacts
- Provide contract and commercial management support in coordination with project controls and construction management teams
- Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure change and claims activities are accurately captured and communicated
Requirements
- Experience supporting claims, change management, or contract administration on construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of contract documentation and change control concepts
- Ability to analyze project-related commercial impacts and maintain organized records
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional project teams
