About the Role
St. Luke’s Hospital is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for patients across all ages and a wide range of medical conditions. This role supports safe, high-quality patient care through compassionate, evidence-based nutrition services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) using appropriate nutrition education and individualized care plans.
- Support patients with standard nutrition needs and alternate nutrition methods when required.
- Assess nutrition needs and help guide care to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure nutrition interventions align with the patient’s plan of care.
Requirements
- Clinical dietetics experience providing Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT).
- Ability to work with patients across different ages and disease states.
- Strong communication and patient-centered approach.
