About the Role
Fate Therapeutics is looking for a highly motivated Clinical Scientist to join our Clinical Development team. In this role, you will help advance our innovative cell therapy pipeline from early clinical stages through regulatory submission. You will serve as a scientific partner to the clinical study team, supporting study design, execution, and data interpretation with a strong focus on ethical conduct, patient safety, and GCP compliance.
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and interpret emerging clinical study data
- Support the design and scientific execution of clinical studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, and Biometrics
- Contribute to scientific guidance that supports regulatory-ready evidence generation
- Ensure study activities align with GCP standards and established compliance requirements
Requirements
- Scientific training and experience relevant to clinical research and clinical development
- Strong ability to interpret clinical data and communicate scientific insights
- Familiarity with GCP expectations and ethical research practices
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across clinical development
