About the Role
Humboldt Park Health is seeking a HIM Data Quality Analyst to help ensure our Health Information Management data is accurate, complete, and compliant. In this on-site role, you’ll support the quality of our clinical and administrative information systems so we can deliver better care to our community.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and validate HIM data quality across applicable systems and workflows
- Identify data issues, trends, and gaps, then recommend corrective actions
- Support audits and help maintain compliance with relevant documentation and coding requirements
- Collaborate with clinical, coding, and operational teams to improve data accuracy
- Prepare reports and dashboards that communicate data quality findings and progress
Requirements
- Experience in Health Information Management (HIM), data quality, auditing, or related analytics
- Strong understanding of data validation concepts and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of healthcare data standards and documentation best practices
- Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and support process improvement
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools
